Have as much fun making yummy nutritious food as this guy.  I’ve made this salad once a week for the entire year of 2011.  Buuuuuuut I have a few modifications to make it simpler and cheaper.  You DON’T need onion sprouts, or kelp powder, or a food processor.  Once you add shredded bite size pieces of kale with lemon juice, salt, and avocados, massage the kale but squeezing it evenly and feel the gooey exfoliating goodness.  Also serves as a hand therapy getting moisture in your hands from the avocado. WATCH OUT FOR LEMON JUICE IN CUTS, it stings.  After massaging the kale, add the garlic and tomatoes and you’re finito.  The vid. is mostly just for fun to get you amped up about eating energizing dericious food.
